      Developed end-user training documentation for GE Healthcare (formerly IDX® Flowcast™) Visit Management and Hospital Patient Accounting (VM/HPA) applications. Courseware was based on client workflows and was used to train over 500 end-users.
    • Worked closely with installation project team to ensure complete and accurate customized documentation.
    • Worked closely with internal training team to ensure a solid VM/HPA course track, curriculum and training delivery.
    • Supported internal team and end-users during first two weeks of Go Live.
    • Conceived and developed reports used by clinic greeters to improve patient flow and patient and staff satisfaction.

        • Responsible for ensuring installations of IDX products were completed in a timely manner in accordance with IDX quality standards and client success criteria. Responsible for the direction and coordination of all aspects of new and existing customer installations.
        • Major responsibilities included project management, conducting business evaluations of client's current and future business and process needs, training client project teams in application functionality and setup, creating documentation and reference materials, advising on the design of new systems, conversions, interfaces, screens and reports, tailoring screens, reports system parameters and defining customizations.

        IDX Applications included: BAR and all of its modules, Scheduling, Chart Tracking, Encounter Form Generator, PC Exchange (PCX), Security Plus, DBMS and TUS.

Advised on what hardware, software, training, customization, support and maintenance to buy, from whom to buy, which procedures to modify and how to use technology to achieve business goals. Assisted in negotiations and provided system analysis and detail specifications for custom applications on behalf of clients. Consulted to over 100 organizations, more than 30 of which were medical and dental practices. Was an approved provider of computer consulting services to Tufts Health Plan providers.
